Marketing & Events Assistant
Due to ongoing growth, our client is expanding their marketing department and have the requirement for a budding Marketing enthusiast to join their team of creatives. As Marketing & Events Assistant you’ll be supporting the Marketing Manager and other team members with the day-day running of the marketing function and will be supporting with on and off sites events such as conferences, dinners and exhibition. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved with projects such as Channel Marketing campaigns and product launches – with the opportunity to get creative and put your stamp on things.

As Marketing & Events Assistant your responsibilities will include:
- Organising events tradeshows, exhibitions, networking sessions, conferences
- Full management of company merchandise
- Being the main point of contact for the Sales team to request Partner packs and merchandise requests
- Tracking the marketing activities (campaigns, webinars, events, sales activities)
- Being the main source of Internal Communication, distributing new marketing material and sales enablement resources to the Sales team
- Manage the Marketing Inbox communications, forwarding emails to relevant stakeholders
As Marketing & Events you’ll have;
- At least one years experience working in an office environment
- Relevant Marketing experience or proven interest in the Marketing industry
- An enthusiastic, positive mindset
- The ability to manage multiple projects
- A creative flare, ready to bring new ideas for events and marketing campaigns
- A desire to learn and develop your career further
- The ability to take initiative and work independently
- The willingness to travel via car/train to many locations in the United Kingdom throughout the year (independently)
- The opportunity to work from home 2 days per week, with the willingness to be flexible on this during busy event seasons
