In this key role, you will collaborate with Account Managers and Account Directors to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and collateral. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns in collaboration with clients, studio teams, and client services departments.


• Track media schedules and flag upcoming bookings in close collaboration with the media planning and buying team.


• Create campaign assets that are on brand, meet specifications, and convey the right message for various purposes and deadlines.


• Develop emailer campaigns using platforms such as Spotler, Beepro, and MailChimp.


• Update website content and imagery using WordPress.


• Implement content improvement recommendations provided by our in-house SEO experts.


• Provide project support as needed, including typing documents, briefing client amends, proofreading, research, image sourcing, and promotional item sourcing.


• Maintain a broad understanding of key media channels.


• Ensure quality control through meticulous proofreading and attention to detail.

• Well-organised with the ability to multitask effectively.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.


• Deadline-driven mindset, able to deliver results under pressure and work towards tight deadlines.


• Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely.


• Proven ability to develop positive relationships with colleagues and clients.


• Comfortable working as part of a team and independently, taking initiative when needed.
