The role of Marketing and Design Executive will involve:

• Planning and strategy creation for the department alongside the marketing director.
• Development of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to create brand / product awareness.
• Writing, editing, and managing content for traditional print and online campaigns.
• Social Media Strategy & Content Creation - Including but not limited to: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc. to increase engagement and traction.
• Presenting marketing campaigns to the internal team, including but not limited to new product launches and product campaigns
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Helping organise and coordinate marketing events and trade shows
• To maintain good working relationships with third party marketing agencies
• Content Creation and planning campaigns and video and photography shoots liaising with external agencies
• Collaboration with the management team to ensure the brand is represented correctly and development of their values
• To create reports and analyse the results of campaigns

The ideal candidate for the role Marketing Executive will have:

• Previous experience within a busy multi-channel Marketing role as well with the ability to produce creative content across all social media platforms
• A deep understanding of traditional marketing mix as well as digital marketing
• Ability to build out solid social media strategy on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn etc
• Experience of FMCG or product marketing would be a huge advantage
• Hands on, creative and able to work on own initiative and alongside outside agencies
• Strong marketing analytics skills
• Extremely organised and dynamic with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast paced environment
• A people person with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with and maintain strong relationships cross-functionally
• A degree in Marketing related subject or professional qualifications such as CIM would be ideal but not essential
