My client are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their growing team where there is a collaborative and familial work environment. Working with a prestigious leather goods and accessories label, this proves to be an exciting opportunity.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop individual store marketing strategies, tailored to local demographics and store needs.
- Collaborate with centre management to ensure strong brand exposure, including promotional campaigns and web profiles.
- Establish a call programme for regular communication with each centre’s marketing team, supplemented with in-person visits.
- Work proactively to ensure optimal brand representation and visual consistency across all retail locations.
- Identify and capitalise on local press opportunities for each store across various media channels.
- Propose and implement marketing ideas, considering local market nuances, to the Head of Marketing.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to create compelling in-store displays, window presentations and POS signage.
- Enhance the in-store shopping experience through customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage the Retail Marketing Calendar, ensuring timely implementation of promotions and creation of marketing materials.
- Liaise with the Buying & Merchandising team to align product sales information with marketing plans.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy, create original content and manage influencer collaborations.
- Support the organisation of brand campaign shoots and assist the wider team as needed.
- A marketing degree or relevant qualifications.
- An interest in fashion and a strong understanding of brand credentials.
- Excellent time management, planning skills and a commercial approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate initiative.
- Strong relationship development and presentation skills.
- Proficient questioning, listening and analytical abilities.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in the use of English.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
