Job Title: Marketing Executive

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (Experience dependent)

About the Role:
The Marketing Executive role will contribute to the development, coordination, and execution of all marketing activities, playing a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will have full support from an external consultant, content manager and senior leadership within the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create graphic assets, copy, and content for digital marketing activities.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, measuring performance and ROI.
- Support internal and external events, including exhibitions and team-building activities.
- Manage website updates, maintenance, and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Handle SEO, PPC/Google Ads optimization, and analytics.
- Manage Social Media channels to build brand awareness.
- Conduct data mining, customer segmentation, and profiling for effective email marketing campaigns.
- Provide a vital link between Marketing and IT.
- Support colleagues across the business with marketing requests.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Marketing role.
- Proficiency in Office 365, Webflow/WordPress, and social media platform management.
- Experience with email marketing software (e.g., MailChimp) and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience within a B2B business, digital analytics tools, PPC platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and event management are preferred but not mandatory.
