Marketing Executive

Eventus Legal are seeking a Marketing Executive with experience to join a successful law firm based in Sunderland. The successful candidate will take ownership of the marketing and business development for the firm and in return will receive a competitive salary and great benefits including hybrid working, free parking, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays and genuine progression opportunities. The role is a permanent position and will ideally be on a full-time basis.

Role responsibilities

The successful Marketing Executive will lead the marketing and business development activities for the firm, including duties not limited to:

• Help to identify new and effective marketing and business development initiatives
• Implement successful marketing campaigns
• Liaise with retained partners on advertising, print, press, photography, SEO and others
• Manage the marketing strategy across both digital and traditional marketing channels
• Draft valuable and engaging content for both digital and traditional marketing channels
• Raise awareness of the business and services via attendance at networking events, whilst managing networking across the business and taking the lead on expos and other showcases, to include the firm’s own seminars
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing third parties, clients, and referrers
• Manage client feedback
• Lead on charity/community involvement
• Manage the marketing and business development expenditure and budget
• Produce management reports on activity, results and ROI
• Assist the Managing Director and Board with any business management support needs

Person specification

Applications are sought from Marketing Executives with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within a similar role, preferably within a law firm, those with experience within other professional services organisations are encouraged to apply.

The successful Marketing Executive will have a record of winning new business and will be able to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines, working with a proactive approach to working on own initiative.

Alongside your sound experience you will work loyally and effectively as part of their team, utilising your excellent interpersonal skills interacting with people at all levels, inspiring confidence in both clients and your colleagues.
