Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Executive to join our small but dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will play a vital role in supporting marketing activities across all sectors of the business. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to prove our brand forward in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities:
Social media: Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars for internal and external events. Create engaging posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to showcase our projects and engage with our audience effectively.
Event Coordination: Coordinate events for all sectors, both in the UK and abroad. Additionally, manage the coordination of internal events, ensuring seamless execution and representation of the brand.
Document Support: Assist the team in creating credentials documents and presentations using templates. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva is essential.
Strategy: Support the team in developing strategy documents and calendars to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sector-specific requirements.
Budget Management: Assist in monitoring expenses and updating the budget sheet to ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Social Committee: Collaborate with HR to coordinate social events and create posts and graphics for internal social initiatives.
External Communication: Utilise tools such as Mailchimp or similar programs to create external newsletters and disseminate important updates and announcements to our clients.
Website Updates: Regularly update the company website with new starter profiles, news updates, and other relevant content to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to our audience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or qualified by experience).
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the architecture or design industry.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva.
Experience in social media management and content creation across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
Knowledge of budget management and experience in using tools like Excel for financial tracking.
Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) for website updates.
Experience with event coordination is a plus.
