Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as the Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in implementing successful strategies across multiple channels. You will be responsible for enhancing visibility and reputation across a wide range of activities throughout the customer lifecycle. This position is based in Northwich, UK with adhoc travel to events both in the UK and internationally.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing tailored marketing plans for with a focus on understanding and sharing the commercial impact of suggested activities.
  • Create engaging on brand marketing materials which reflect current market trends and post on the company’s website and social media pages.
  • Supporting the content marketing strategy across digital and social media accounts. Content creation, repurposing, scheduling and optimisation across web, blogs, email communications, video, podcasts, events and thought leadership.
  • Collaborating with our strategic vendors to deliver projects and campaigns on schedule.
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to oversee and action campaigns.
  • Measure campaign and marketing performance through analysis and regular reporting, presenting data back to the marketing manager around campaign and engagement success with a continuous improvement focus.
  • Support the Marketing Manager to plan and organise the company’s attendance at industry, vendor and customer events to ensure they are presented on brand and within agreed budgets.
  • In advance of events, work with internal experts to design and create the relevant materials to ensure maximum exposure for product/service offering.
  • Collaborate with the inhouse and external providers to develop and deliver innovative content.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to capture content at company events, ensuring that social media platforms are regularly updated to reflect our employee value proposition in the external market.
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager with any other adhoc agreed activities.

Skills Required

  • Must have demonstrable strong multichannel marketing experience.
  • Experience in being part of a successful marketing team.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Confident to work with teams across the business, including directors.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to maintain relationships with external suppliers.
  • Working knowledge of using social media platforms for businesses and brands.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn for campaigns and events, organic and paid.
  • Have a good understanding of email marketing tools and experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketing.
  • Robust analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with graphic designer to create designs/projects that fulfil project briefs.
  • Attention to detail to ensure marketing outputs align with brand and message consistency.
  • Creative mindset with a continuous improvement approach and openness to experimenting with new marketing strategies.
  • B2B experience is preferred or candidates with a genuine interest in getting into the B2B sector, with a focus on partner channels being highly advantageous.
  • Able to travel for partner visits, events, and to other offices in the UK where customer teams are based as required.
  • Able to learn new things quickly, are naturally inquisitive and are not afraid to ask questions.
  • You have a willingness to grow, evolve and learn.
