Hays Marketing are pleased to be exclusively working with an exciting locally based aviation business in North Oxford in their search for a Marketing Executive to join their team and support the continued growth of the business through brand building and lead generation.
The Role

• Work with the Marketing manager and Digital Executive to build marketing plans across social media, digital marketing, events, newsletters and PR.
• Support the wider team in the implementation of brand strategy and campaigns
• Develop and coordinate tailed campaigns to generate leads across core audience groups
• Develop and coordinate paid advertising in print and digital media
• Write and edit blog posts and produce content for social media
• Help coordinate delivery of national and international events
• Produce monthly reporting and tracking of campaign activity

The Candidate

• Degree educated in Marketing or similar
• 2 years experience working in a marketing role
• CIM desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Practical understanding of SEO and SEM
• Good written skills and good IT skills
• Working understanding of print production process
