Reporting to the Marketing Managers you will work with both to help support our marketing objectives. Your key focus will be managing our digital channels where you will be expected to take the lead with content creation as well as measuring outcomes.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual early in their marketing career with a solid understanding of marketing campaigns and digital marketing. While experience with HubSpot is a bonus, it is not essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, primarily focusing on lead generation (80%) and brand development (20%).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation (80%):
Digital Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and analyse digital campaigns, including emails, social media, and content writing.
- Utilise various channels to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Reporting:
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimisation.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and contribute to strategy adjustments.
Events:
- Assist the Marketing Manager on coordinating and managing events from pre-planning to post-event activities (including virtual and face-to-face events).
- Attending events occasionally as needed.
Website:
- Implement content updates on the website using Umbraco CMS.
- Create and manage landing pages to support campaign objectives.
Brand (20%):
LinkedIn:
- Design and implement LinkedIn banners to enhance brand presence.
- Develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all platforms.
Design:
- Collaborate on the design of digital materials to maintain brand identity.
- Manage merchandise orders to reinforce brand visibility.
Additional Responsibilities (Both Lead Generation and Brand):
Social Media:
- Manage digital channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, to foster engagement and brand awareness.
- Create and curate high-quality content for various marketing platforms.
Marketing Automation:
- Manage engagement campaigns using the Marketing Automation System (HubSpot).
- Ensure accurate data management and CRM updates within HubSpot.
Content Creation:
- Create and curate marketing collateral to support campaigns and overall brand messaging.
- Develop and manage internal and external newsletters.
Consistency and Compliance:
- Ensure consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing materials.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or a related field.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, especially in digital and lead generation.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
