Your new companyHays are exclusively representing a leading property developer in Northern Ireland to recruit a Marketing Executive.Your new roleAs Marketing Executive you will work closely with our client's in-house architect, interior designer, suppliers, and sales team to ensure that our new homes are marketed and sold effectively.You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with outsourced marketing companies to compile new development brochures, including brand design, floorplans, site plans, and external CGIs.
- Working in tandem with in-house architect to check approved planning drawings, ensuring accuracy.
- Liaising with outsourced CGI specialist and providing details of finishes.
- Reviewing and amending brochures and marketing collateral accordingly, ensuring that the information is accurate.
- Organising events including creation of promotional materials.
- Organising marketing collateral for new developments e.g. site signage and design.
- Working closely with sales team to plan the prelaunch/launch of new development/new phase releases with ongoing marketing content.
- Managing social media platforms and working with marketing agency to schedule and sign off design on larger ongoing marketing proposals.
- Liaising with interior designer and organising furniture for show homes, there will also be some opportunity to style show houses independently.
- Organising site/show home photography and selecting images for promotional purposes.
- Any other general marketing duties needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in marketing, preferably within the construction/property industry
- Beneficial if you have a degree in marketing, design, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-oriented approach.
- A keen eye for detail and design, as well as a creative flair and an interest in property.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- The ability to use various software and tools, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and social media platforms.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car, as you will be required to travel to different sites and locations.
