Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Executive with a strong background in Property Finance to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, and supporting the overall business objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize online channels, including the company website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and lead generation.
• Analyse digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
• Develop compelling and industry-relevant content for various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all communication platforms.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement lead generation campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse lead conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand presence and engage with potential clients.
• Work closely with sales teams to maximize networking opportunities at events.
• Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials, to support business development efforts.
• Regularly analyse marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing within the Property Finance or real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services related to property development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
