Aery is an award-winning start-up brand dedicated to creating unique Home Fragrance & Wellbeing products with an emphasis on sustainability.

We have a new creative position for a highly motivated and organised Marketing Executive with minimum 3 years' experience who is looking to develop their role and career further.

You’ll be

Along with excellent communication and copywriting skills whilst sharing our passion and values. You will be competent in utilising CRM systems and analysing marketing metrics

About the Role

You will be working alongside the Marketing Manager and supporting the development and performance of our multiple marketing channels. Creating an engaging community amongst our current customer base and planning brand partnerships to bring in new following and customers with fun and exciting giveaways. You will gain a great understanding of our markets, sectors, positioning, customers, and competitors to assist in the development and implementation of the overarching marketing strategy.

Social

Schedule brand content across IG and FB with a view to perusing Tik Tok as a channel for us.

Creating UGC content videos

Engage with followers and brands on social platforms

Creative

Design and schedule weekly marketing emails based on pre-created templates

Create social assets

PR/Partnerships

Be the point of contact for inbound and outbound PR opportunities along with arranging brand collaborations to grow brand awareness and lead generation

Brand/Marketing

Support with marketing strategy and direction across B2C and B2B

Support with organising national and international trade shows

Support with campaigns and ideas

Conducting Competitor Analysis to identify opportunities or gaps

Support in daily initiatives and planning for growth

Support Marketing Manager to sculpt the brand's essence

E-commerce

Provide regular updates on our E-commerce platforms

Support with ideas on how to grow sales

Support with managing seasonal calendars with updates on key marketing dates and new product launches

Help maintain and run marketing and comms calendars for Ecom and email marketing and support with customer service queries

Crafting creative copy that aligns with the brand's tone of voice for all content creation across all channels.
