Gaucho & M Restaurants - Marketing Executive (London based / Hybrid)
The Marketing Executive, reporting into the Head of Marketing, acts as the supporting marketing contact and brand guardian for the central marketing department and our portfolio of restaurants located in central and residential London or East London including the City. The Marketing Executive will work closely with the General Managers, Business Development team and Operational team with the support of the Head of Marketing where required to ensure department strategy and restaurant KPIs are met and delivered at the highest standard, as well as assisting to ensure top-line revenue is achieved.
The Marketing Executive will make strong and valuable connections with key contacts and third parties in the area, ensuring that Gaucho is front of mind and communicated effectively to guests both new and repeating. With support from the wider marketing team, the Marketing Executive will support the general manager and their team to execute all activations, initiatives and local marketing where applicable to the highest standard and ensuring the restaurants all achieve excellence in these areas.

- Liaison and support for Gaucho GM’s on all marketing activity relating to their restaurant to ensure that everything is delivered to the highest standard.
- Local area marketing: month by month planning of local, on the ground marketing activity, support each of the sites with a particular focus on sites who may need more support than others.
- Build and maintain relationships around local BID groups.
- Ensure all activations in the restaurant are maximised through digital, social media, advertising and any third-party opportunities.
- Proactively market the Rare loyalty scheme where required.
Essential Skills and Experiences:
- Well presented at all times, organised and efficient with work and able to prioritise accordingly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Able to converse with a wide range of team members at every level
- Organised and efficient, able to be creative and generate on brand marketing ideas, drive advocacy
- Strong communication skills
- Confidently promote our brand, both internally and externally
- Ability to travel in the UK
- Strong administrative skills
