We are part of a family owned construction company which has grown to be a market leading UK construction and infrastructure support services group who work with some of the world’s largest companies and leading UK public sector bodies to deliver prestigious, complex and challenging construction and infrastructure projects across the UK.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our marketing team.

This role is focused on branding, marketing collateral and tenders/proposals. You will have the opportunity to gain all well-rounded marketing experience, supporting nine companies.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Harrow, or hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the purpose, services and strategies of each company.
• Collaborate with the team to produce graphics, content in different formats, brochures, presentations, bids, tenders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, prospect information and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
• Support the marketing team in coordinating events and ordering merchandise if required.

Skills and experience desired:

• A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience within professional services/construction. Understanding of marketing theory and application.
• Creative suite package (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint and strong general IT skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong attention to detail, proofreading and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, persistent and professional attitude.
• Daily use of Adobe applications
