Job Title: Marketing Intern
Location: London
Duration: 12 Month FTC
Key Purpose of the Role:
To assist with a range of marketing support activities in an operational capacity and provide day-to-day support to the Senior Marketing Manager across.
Key Responsibilities:
E-communications / E-marketing:
- Contribute to the development of email campaigns, newsletters, invitations etc. and creation of distribution lists.
Marketing collateral:
Assistance with the production of marketing collateral adhering to brand guidelines, design / project procedures and sign-off process.
Merchandise:
- Management of corporate gift offering for the business including liaison with third party suppliers to source appropriate merchandise.
- Overseeing the corporate gift order and distribution system provided by third party supplier ensuring stocks are replenished where necessary.
- Ensure branded merchandise is in line with LSM /LM Re brand guidelines
Website:
- Collaborate with LSM European brand champions and update content in the CMS.
Corporate events:
- Support with the planning and hosting of virtual and in-person marketing events and webinars including post event feedback and reporting.
- Development of support material for specified industry events including UK and overseas conferences.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a marketing department or agency preferably within the financial services/insurance sector or,
- Recent graduate or current enrollment in an undergraduate course for marketing, business management or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in e-mail and other online marketing systems.
- An understanding of Photoshop for basic image and text editing.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Demonstrates initiative, passion and an ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
- Professional approach and able to act as an ambassador for Liberty.
