My client a dynamic and innovative company seeking a talented Marketing Lead to join their team. As they continue to expand, they are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for marketing to drive their strategies forward.

As a Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in my clients marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of their brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels to reach their target audience effectively.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Lead and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing avenues.
• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation of marketing efforts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilising data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management and execution.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing software.
