An incredible opportunity for a Marketing professional to join IHG Hotels & Resorts, as a Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager (Remote) to support 4 of our UK Hotels on a fixed term 12-month contract!

While this role is home-based, it requires monthly visits to the four lovely properties you will be supporting!

Salary up to 55,000.00, plus a potential earning of 20% annual bonus

The role of our Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager is to support the Commercial Performance of 4 hotels, the Kimpton Clocktower, voco St.Davids, voco Oxford Spires & voco Oxford Thames, through strategically planned Hotel Marketing Activities. Working closely with our General Managers and Directors of Sales, you will follow the marketing trends and identify the best on-line and off-line channels to deliver results to the 4 properties.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Manage all aspects of F&B marketing, including booking platforms and third-party sites
• Oversee marketing for spa, leisure, M&E, weddings, and gift vouchers, including management of third-party channels and relationships
• Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns, events, and partnerships, working with PR agencies/IHG PR.
• Lead strategy, implementation, and analysis for large-scale business and new product launches, including IHG campaigns.
• Develop and manage campaign strategies across various segments (rooms/spa/F&B/M&E/weddings).
• Manage PR activities, agency relationships, and influencer relations, including research, outreach, and legal processes.
• Develop award strategies, copywriting, and submissions, working with PR as applicable.
• Plan and execute social media posts, creative development, community management, and manage digital assets.
• Oversee design and illustration, including print management for collateral, creative assets, or campaign materials.
• Manage photoshoot planning, suppliers, styling, editing, and asset management for social media and digital platforms.
• Oversee merchandising activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Plan, create, deploy, and manage email marketing campaigns and database.
• Manage digital paid media, including PPC and paid social, and maintain relationships with Google and Meta contacts.
• Oversee IWS management until complete sunset, including new pages, edits, updates, crisis management, and security breaches.

To succeed as our Cluster Marketing Manager, you will need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience or 5+ years' progressive work-related experience in marketing, advertising, and/or hotel industry experience related to sales and/or brand marketing, with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position.
• Project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale marketing projects from conception through implementation and evaluation
• Knowledge of multiple brand process management, including research methodology and design (basic measurement and statistics).
• Effective problem solving and analytical skills for the purpose of evaluating marketing data and trends and resolving issues with marketing programs and/or implementation.
