Responsibilities: As Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of the growth journey, responsible for:
Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and deliver the businesses marketing strategy and plan, including budget management.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Linkedin etc.)
- Engaging with the community online and building a strong social media presence
- Working within the defined budget to outsource and create compelling content for social media channels
Public Relations:
- Managing and executing PR strategies to enhance brand image.
- Cultivating relationships with local media outlets, ambassadors, and influencers.
- Create and manage press releases
Website Development:
- Overseeing the development, maintenance, and content of the website to ensure a clear and optimal online presence
Update marketing collateral:
- Ensuring brand assets e.g., leaflets, fliers, brochures, and presentations are kept up to date
- Creating and distributing engaging monthly newsletters to keep the community informed and excited
Customer Data Management:
- Implementing effective strategies for customer data collection, analysis, and management.
Event Planning and Collaboration:
- Create and help plan social events
- Collaborate to execute these events, ensuring they align with the community-focused ethos.
- Sell memberships and events

Requirements: We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creatively applied to the sport and wellbeing sector.
- Ability to develop a marketing strategy and deliver localized marketing support
- Creative flair and the ability to execute both social media and traditional marketing strategies effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools (e.g., InDesign, Publisher, Canva).
