duties can include:

• Manage agency partners to deliver the design and production of exhibition stand graphics, flyers, website content, brochures and other promo materials used for marketing events.
• Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
• Writing and delivering content and managing agency delivery of social media plans.
• Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
• Overseeing the company's attendance at events, such as trade shows and conferences.
• Coordinating with event vendors to ensure that all elements of the event are delivered as planned.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that all presentation materials are printed or created in time for the event.

Skills//experience required :

• Educated in marketing or a minimum 5 years' experience in events marketing or Marketing Manager preferably in a large matrix B2B environment.
• Strong project management experience with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing deadlines at the same time.
• Strong agency/partner management experience - developing effective relationships to ensure delivery of campaigns on time and on budget.
• A track record in achieving business KPIs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
