You will be responsible for creating , executing and delivering marketing strategy for the business . The role involves working in house with Art work and Graphic Design team to drive the growth for the business. This is a fast paced environment with a strong sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives.
- Identify and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to uncover new opportunities and develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, events, and traditional advertising.
- Create compelling content, including copywriting, visuals, and videos, to engage and captivate the target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.
- Utilise data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous innovation in our marketing strategies.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with creative marketing ideas.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree would be a plus.
