We are searching to expand our thriving team by investing in a Marketing Manager, to help expand our brand image and increase revenue.

Interfuture Systems Ltd specialises in providing a wide range of IT services, support, consultancy, project management, communications, software development and more, to businesses in Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, London and beyond. We have been in business since 1997 with excellent growth in the last few years, we work with clients delivering best of breed solutions to businesses of all sizes and types in the SME/SMB market space.

Our mission is to provide our clients with the quality of IT services and support that will help them achieve their business goals.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who embraces new technologies, with an IT or technology background, if you have worked in an MSP environment, this would be beneficial. You will become a key part of our team and will improve our marketing plan and strategy alongside the Sales Director.

We are looking for you to have a good amount of experience in the full marketing mix. You will need to embrace and be interested in new technologies, with an ambitious and curious nature to put your ideas in to place. We are looking for you to be creative yet have a professional approach to marketing projects.

This is a stand-alone marketing role for the business, which you can shape to succeed. It is expected that your team will grow alongside this success. You will report directly to the Managing Director.

The main duties of this role are:

* Alongside the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the marketing strategy.

* Support with arranging and managing marketing content, ensuring your written content is compelling, professional, and engaging, for Interfuture Systems audience.

* Suggest innovative ideas for articles and blogs.

* Manage social media activity, as well as updating the company website using WordPress and other digital platforms.

* Track and enhance SEO to increase Google ranking.

* Deliver email campaigns and track key metrics to create marketing engagement reports, to monitor campaign success.

* Creation of sales support and marketing literature, including original publications, insight reports, blogs, articles, and marketing collateral.

* Be a brand champion, ensuring the adherence to core values and brand guidelines.

Initial Package

Salary £30k - £40k according to experience and skillset.

This is an onsite role.

Hours 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday – Friday.

21 days paid annual leave in addition to any statutory holidays.
