Marketing Manager

What does the role involve?
The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of one of the companies most established divisions. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for implementing the marketing plan and ensuring that their brand assets generate leads effectively. While this role does not involve managing direct reports, you will collaborate with external agencies and work closely with sales and customers to achieve their business objectives.

Working time & Remuneration: 37 hours, Monday to Friday flexible between the hours of 7am - 5pm. Circa. 40k + personal and company bonus.

Requirements

• Preferably 3 to 4 years in a generalist marketing role, preferably with an SME business.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive attitude and ability to plan and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ideally experience managing agencies and briefing designers/photographers/videographers.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, and CRM/email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, and SEO principles.
• Strong copywriting skills across various content formats.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team
