SalaryMy client are a leading tier 1 construction and property developer operating throughout the UK. Projects include student accommodation, mixed-use schemes, retail, and residential developments. They provide state-of-the-art expertise and hands-on experience, ensuring outstanding results.
They are now recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join their business and play an integral part in the company's future. You'll be working on a range of high-rise schemes across the North West whilst overseeing the commercial team.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
- Manage all commercial and contractual matters on site.
- Effectively manage the commercial team.
- Successfully deliver the project and achieve optimum cash flow.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the Clients.
Skills required:
- Proven experience in a similar commercial role along with people management responsibilities/experience.
- A proven ability to minimise cost and maximise value, profit, and cash flow effectively.
Salary: On offer is an excellent salary of 90,000 plus package
