Our client is a progressive, long-standing agency in Central Manchester, who are looking to bring in a Marketing Manager to look after their own marketing efforts.

The Role
This is a new in-house position for the agency, so you’ll be able to get stuck in, define the strategy and make it your own. The role reports directly to the CEO and working closely with Heads of Department on marketing strategy and priorities. You’ll deliver the marketing activity for the agency that will generate and nurture new client leads using a variety of channels such as programmatic display, email, DM, social media (organic and paid), partnerships, events, awards entries through to content and PR outreach. You’ll also manage the CRM system (Hubspot), identify industry events for staff involvement and ensure there is high quality creds, case studies and content, keeping them up to date and on brand, with support of the Design team.
You
You’ll be a B2B marketer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience under your belt, with a track record of successful campaigns that have led to brand growth. It would be great if you had some agency experience but not essential if you’re a B2B marketer. You will have demonstrable experience across all marketing channels and previous experience of running campaigns and developing strategies independently across various channels such as events, webinars, email campaign, PR, thought-leadership activity. Additionally, you will have an solid understanding of social platforms, measurement tools and digital /social best practices, in particular for B2B sectors.
