In 2022, they moved their software to the cloud, and are now pioneering SaaS offerings, putting powerful tools directly in the hands of front-line officers. With funding from Mercia Asset Management, they are also expanding internationally, establishing Forensic Analytics Inc. in 2023 with a growing US and Canadian customer base.
As Head of Marketing, you'll be a strategic powerhouse, leading the charge in promoting their innovative software and services. You'll craft compelling campaigns, generate leads, and build brand awareness, all while playing a key role in their leadership team.
Here's what you'll do:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels, driving demand for our solutions.
- Craft compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience of law enforcement agencies.
- Manage and optimise our marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels, nurturing them into sales opportunities.
- Stay ahead of the curve on marketing trends and technologies, constantly innovating our approach.
- Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as industry thought leaders and subject matter experts e.g. TechUK, Police Foundation, Tony Blair Institute
- Lead the evolution of our HubSpot CRM to ensure both accuracy of forecasting and compliance.
- Track and analyse relevant analytics and report on ROI across different marketing initiatives to senior leadership.
- Manage third party partners e.g. web and brand agency and ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice is universally applied in all marketing and communications.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and success.
What you bring:
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology (SaaS) or security sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation software e.g. Hubspot
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (SEO, SEM, content marketing, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to measure marketing ROI.
- Passion for social impact and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by law enforcement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
