Our client is a dynamic and customer-focused property management agency seeking a Property Manager to join their team for a full time, permanent basis in their Bruntsfield office.

About The Job:

As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective management of properties. Your duties will include:

• Producing high-quality, photographic inspection reports.
• Conducting routine inspections and addressing any concerns raised by tenants regarding the property or their tenancy.
• Managing and processing maintenance requests to ensure a high level of due diligence.
• Conducting property viewings for rental properties.
• Organising safety certificates and overseeing remedial works.
• Liaising with contractors to ensure prompt completion of maintenance works.
• Obtaining quotes from various contractors and presenting them to the landlords.
• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
• Comparing pre and post-inspections to identify any property condition issues and create action plans for resolution.
• Managing end of tenancy deposit processes.
• Assisting with other property management functions.

Requirements:

You must have:

• A clean UK driving licence - this is essential
• Accredited Property Exams or 1 year of property management experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proactive and positive approach to tasks
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to exceeding expectations
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset

It's a plus if you have:

• People management experience
• Sales experience
• Business development experience
