Marketing Manager, Growth and Digital

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Growth and Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer acquisition, and revenue growth, whilst also building our digital presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns and identify new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is a data and insight driven marketer with a passion for driving results.

Duties:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop customer personas
- Create and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and optimize campaign performance, and report on findings
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing assets, and at times creating in-house
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
- Utilize project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or marketing qualification (i.e. CIM) is preferred
- Proven experience in managing B2B marketing campaigns
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, SEO, social media advertising, etc.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for campaign optimization
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
