Position Summary The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing Ateliers London’s brand visibility and driving growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for luxury furniture and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will lead various marketing initiatives and present strategic moves. With a focus on enhancing and developing our existing trade website, implementing email campaigns and driving lead generation strategies for both B2B trade retail e-commerce brands. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Associate, this role will also involve building both brand identities and creating biweekly social media schedules & campaigns for approval.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation:
1. Strategise and implement lead generation initiatives to expand our client base and Sales.
2. Collaborate with Sales & Senior Management to create compelling lead nurturing strategies.
2. Website Enhancement:
1. Revise and optimise the current trade website to improve user experience, functionality, aesthetics and the brand identity. Develop the SEO strategy, ensuring all products are easily discoverable on search engines.
2. Launch the new website for our studio, showcasing our furniture & accessory collections. Build the Studio brand identity and convey this online.
3. Email Campaigns:
1. Develop and execute email marketing strategies to engage with existing clients and nurture leads.
2. Create targeted email campaigns for B2B trade and Studio segments.
4. Social Media Management:
1. Work alongside the Marketing Associate to produce the biweekly social media schedule to be presented for approval in advance of scheduling.
2. Create engaging content and monitor social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
1. Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse website traffic, email campaign performance, and social media engagement.
2. Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in website content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp), and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sense. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for luxury furniture and an appreciation for craftsmanship.

Salary: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
