What we’re looking for:

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Regional Home Ownership Manager on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
A bit about the role:
As a Regional Home Ownership Manager, you will lead a regional team of homeownership experts in providing services and advice directly to the Peabody portfolio of Freeholders, Leaseholders and Shared Owners.
Some of the key results for the role include:
Developing and leading a high performing regional team. Using your leadership skills and experience to coach for performance through change and foster a culture of continual learning whilst putting the residents at the heart of the service. Acting as a role model in demonstrating the values of the organisation in all interactions.
Providing expert advice and guidance on all matters relating to homeownership management in your region and have an understanding of legislation, case law and best practice guidance.
Developing and maintaining relations with key resident groups in your region and foster open and transparent relationships where the resident voice is used to improve the service.
Supporting the tendering, appointing and monitoring of Managing Agents on Peabody owned sites and joint ventures where complex sites have services outside of normal delivery for your region.
Leading on a handover process for new schemes in your region where a Managing Agent is appointed. Input into the head leases, flat leases and management agreements to ensure optimal ongoing management.
A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
