Who are we looking for?
We have a rare opportunity for a part-time Marketing Manager to join our friendly team on a fixed term basis for 6 months, based at our Head Office in Tytherington, Macclesfield. The role is suitable for office or ‘hybrid working’ with time spent working from home in addition to attending the office. The role is ideally suited for 3 days per week.
Excellent people skills are a must! There is an opportunity to showcase your skills developed in a similar Marketing Manager role.
What does my new role look like?
Momentum has a well-established brand which was refreshed in 2021, as Marketing Manager you will be given the autonomy to further enhance the brand through digital and social channels. Role responsibilities are outlined below:
– You will work with the Sales and Marketing Director to drive the Marketing strategy for the business
– Oversee and approve the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements and other marketingrelated projects
– Oversee marketing campaigns and track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team
– Write and deliver content and social media plans
– Oversee the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences and festivals
– Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate customer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications

You will thrive on interpersonal interaction, driving the marketing strategy that you develop. You will demonstrate your success through seeing the projects and campaigns you manage being brought to life by the team.
Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Director, as Marketing Manager you will review the success of comms and marketing campaigns, reporting the effectiveness back to the executive team.
We have a busy year ahead and our focus is on our people. Improving our Employer Value Proposition, and positioning Momentum Instore front and centre in the competition for talent you will work closely with the wider business including Operations and the wider People space.
What do I get in return?
– Salary of £30,000 – £33,000 (pro-rata for part-time)
