The Role
Reporting to the CEO this is a newly created role. This is an autonomous role in an entrepreneurial and nimble business where they are seeking a visionary and energetic marketing professional to lead and drive the strategic direction of their brands. This will involve rolling your sleeves up and will suit an experienced marketer with a proven track record in the Toy industry, who can elevate their brands presence, enhance customer engagement and accelerate growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market and a passion for creating unforgettable campaigns. This role includes the ideation, strategy development, hands-on deployment, optimisation and analysis of all channel marketing to drive the brand awareness for both B2B and B2C target markets. This role requires a marketer with previous experience in the Toy industry who can create comprehensive multi-channel marketing plans, manage cross-functional teams, and drive results through data-driven decision-making in a fast paced collaborative environment.
