Marketing Manager
Location: Leeds
Salary & Benefits: £45,000, 34 hour working week, hybrid working, 25 days holiday plus other benefits
Our client, a firm of Solicitors based in Leeds are looking for a Marketing Manager with Business Development Management skills, our client deal internationally as well as across the UK, supporting high-growth organisations, operating at the intersection of technology, creativity and commerce.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-focused, creative marketer who is ready to move into a management role and has a passion for what they do.
Day to Day responsibilities include:
- Line management of a small team of 2;
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, working closely with internal professionals and reporting regularly on campaign performance;
- Lead the creation of a research-based annual marketing report;
- Devise, create and distribute content including articles, podcasts and digital mailings;
- Manage social media channels and create content;
- Managing HubSpot CRM, working closely with the team to ensure everything is recorded accurately;
- Identify and engage external technology which would be useful for business development purposes;
- Manage and execute internal business development programme for technical staff
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Degree qualified in Marketing, PR or a similar degree
- This role would be suited to someone who has worked as a Senior Executive with management of 1-2 people that is ready to move into a Marketing Manager role
- Prior B2B marketing experience
- Experience of working within a professional services environment would be essential, a legal environment specifically would be advantageous
- Campaign and social media experience of reporting
- Content development via digital marketing platforms
- Search engine optimization and general good website practices
- Hubspot experience would be required
In addition if you do have experience working with GoogleAnalytics 4, WordPress content management platform and Google/LinkedIn Paid Ad campaigns this would be an added advantage
This role will have an element of travelling to their other sites based in the North and Cambridge
