The role
We are looking for an established marketer who is confident in an autonomous role, whilst being comfortable rolling up their sleeves or you could be a candidate looking for the next step in their career. You will be exposed to all marketing channels and will need to show experience in traditional and digital marketing. You will need to feel confident in SEO and email functions specifically. 
Responsibilities
•    Strategically plan and implement the marketing strategy and activity, across all departments and business services.
•    Manage, create, and implement all external communication, including PR, social media, website content, blogs, print media, video content creation and branding etc.
•    Responsible for  online presence including website content, design, SEO, performance, user journey, reviews, and listings.
•    Strategically plan and create all content produced, including advert production, social media graphics and content and digital graphic production.
•    Responsible for the planning, creation and delivery of a 360-degree PR and communications strategy
•    Planning and delivery of personalised email communication, nurturing customer retention and increasing repeat custom
•    Execute and deliver marketing activity to ensure marketing KPIs are achieved 
About you
You will have proven experience driving marketing within your current role and have with a lean towards digital acquisition.
•    The Marketing Manager will need to feel comfortable working in an autonomous role; strategic and executional, with a hands-on, can-do mentality. 
•    There will a benefit for someone to have an interest or background in the art/design industry but this is not a must have
