Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be presented the product line for the coming seasons, and it will be their responsibility to create and implement a 'best in class’ marketing plan to support this product range in reaching financial targets and brand objectives.

General duties to include:

• Observing and quantifying the deliverables, EPOS, trends and results of marketing campaigns.
• Day-to-day management of relevant marketing and media platforms.
• Ensuring media plans, content and implementation are aligned with the marketing plan and brand strategy.
• Agency management.
• Managing, planning and implementing trade and consumer events.
• Manage planned and organic PR.
• Planning and implementation of trade marketing.
• Manage all relevant social media platforms and identify new opportunities.
• Support the online/web team in the development and management of content on the website and monitor content, brand representation and functionality.
• Budget Management.
• Actively engage with the sales teams on weekly/monthly basis to understand brand and account performance issues.
• Support the brand lead in developing a long-term brand marketing strategy.
• Support the brand team with trade and consumer promotions.
• Undertake digital marketing campaigns.

Key Skills and Experience

• 2 years + marketing experience as a Marketing Manager or executive
• Good understanding of brand marketing principles
• Evidence of being a team player in the workplace on projects and in making decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation skills
