Our client is looking for an experienced Internal Account Manager to join their client services team at their head office in Whitstable, Kent.
About the Role:As an Internal Account Manager, you will:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, with a primary focus on one major client
- Act as the main contact for new business inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships through in-person, phone, and email communications
- Be part of a close-knit team dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and turning relationships into business opportunities.
This role is not a call centre position but rather a dynamic role within a supportive team environment.
Ideal Candidate:- Knowledgeable in the print industry, especially digital printing
- Confident in making outbound calls and identifying new business opportunities
- Outgoing and skilled at developing client relationships
- Passionate about sales through service
- Proficient in using CRM systems and computer literate
- Organised with excellent time-management skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Able to work independently and within a team to meet targets
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service
- Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of Adobe CC is a plus but not essential.
- Competitive salary around £32k, negotiable based on experience
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
