MARKETING MANAGER

Role Summary:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding UX and CRO, coupled with a proven track record in implementing effective digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development:
- Create and execute a robust digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Utilize market research and industry insights to identify trends and opportunities.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop compelling and targeted content for digital platforms.
- Oversee the creation of engaging website content, blogs, and social media posts.
- SEO and SEM:
- Implement SEO strategies to optimize online presence and improve search rankings.
- Manage SEM campaigns to increase website traffic and lead generation.
- Social Media Management:
- Drive social media initiatives, ensuring a consistent brand voice across platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing clients.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize email performance.
- Data Analytics:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze digital marketing performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on either financial services orB2C marketing within a transactional industry.
- Prior experience of managing a team is not essential for this role.
- Proven success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms.
