MARKETING MANAGER

Role Summary:

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding UX and CRO, coupled with a proven track record in implementing effective digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy Development:
  • Create and execute a robust digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilize market research and industry insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Content Creation and Management:
  • Develop compelling and targeted content for digital platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging website content, blogs, and social media posts.
• SEO and SEM:
  • Implement SEO strategies to optimize online presence and improve search rankings.
  • Manage SEM campaigns to increase website traffic and lead generation.
• Social Media Management:
  • Drive social media initiatives, ensuring a consistent brand voice across platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies.
• Email Marketing:
  • Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing clients.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize email performance.
• Data Analytics:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze digital marketing performance.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on either financial services orB2C marketing within a transactional industry.
• Prior experience of managing a team is not essential for this role.
• Proven success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
