Maternity Governance & Risk Administration Facilitator

A key aspect of the role will be to support colleagues in the administration ofsafety incidents and the daily management anddevelopment of the Trust Risk Management System Ulysses.The post-holder will also work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams within the clinical division to assist with effective risk management processes and robust local risk registers. The post-holder will take responsibility for providing key patient safety incident and risk register reports to the divisional management team and specialty leads, supporting critical analysis to drive quality and safety improvement.
