Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our team, providing instruction for Key Stage 3 and 4 students within a Secondary School in Hailsham. The ideal candidate will inspire students to engage with the complexities of mathematics, fostering enthusiasm for the subject and facilitating their academic progress. Responsibilities: Develop and implement dynamic and effective maths lessons tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to active participation and achievement. Evaluate student progress through various assessment methods, offering constructive feedback to support their growth. Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative teaching materials and methodologies. Requirements: Previous experience teaching maths at the secondary school level, preferably within the UK education system. Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for mathematics education.
