We are looking for an inspiring and cheerful Maths Teacher to join our excellent and supportive Maths Department at a dynamic learning community. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject knowledge and the ability to foster a love of learning Maths in students. We value potential as much as experience and offer the opportunity to teach A-Level for the right candidate.
Day to Day of the Role:- Plan and deliver effective lessons that ensure all students make at least good progress, as reflected in value-added data and examination results.
- Evaluate lessons in relation to student learning and plan future lessons accordingly.
- Assess and record students’ progress and report to parents as required.
- Contribute to and promote pedagogical dialogue throughout the school.
- Develop and maintain good professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Undertake school supervision duties as required.
- Strong subject knowledge in Maths.
- Ability to inspire, innovate, and nurture students.
- Commitment to high achievement and motivation.
- Ability to optimise Maths learning for all students.
