Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking a Qualified Maths Teacher to fulfil a cover teaching role within a Secondary School located in Fareham. This role is set to start in April 2024 and is currently set to be a full year.

As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for the planning, preparation and assessment of pupils within your assigned class, and ensure good attainment of all pupils to the best of their ability. You will encourage pupils to engage within lessons, and deliver professional and engaging content in line with both the curriculum and school policy. As this role is set for cover for up to a year, continuity is important to the school and pupils, so ideally a full time, committed candidate is essential.
The salary for this role is set to start at a minimum of £150 per day, starting April 2024. Trial days and meetings can be arranged for you to visit the school upon application.
For this role, you will be/will need:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one through us)
- Qualified Teacher Status is essential
- Available up to five days per week to cover continually for the year
- Available from April 2024
