You'll be joining our Mosaic Development and Support (MDaS) Team supporting Adult Care and Community Wellbeing as an MDaS Support Officer.
This is a 12 month, temporary contract
Working in partnership with colleagues in Social Care, Performance and Operational IT you will be supporting development of the system, including creation of new forms and workflow steps and amendments to existing forms and workflow. You will also be supporting the onboarding of new teams and externals partners.
The key elements of the role include:
- Seeking ways to actively improve the system and social care recording for practitioners
- Contribution to corporate projects
- Provide information, advice and support to system users
- Creation and updating of system processes and process maps
- Creation of effective change management documentation
- Supporting to ensure smooth transitions with upgrades to Mosaic
- Contribution to communications sent to system users
- Effective and robust testing of additions, changes and planned system upgrades
Knowledge or experience of working with Mosaic would be advantageous but not essential.
