Hunter Masons client are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The initial contract is set for 12 Months with the option to extend for the right candidate.
The role will be number 1 Mechanical and Electrical site manager on our residential apartment project (278 apartments) in the centre of Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of Mobile Mechanical and Electrical Engineers in delivering high-quality facilities maintenance services.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Utilise your mechanical or electrical background to troubleshoot technical problems and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address their needs and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements:
• Background in either mechanical or electrical disciplines is essential.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within facilities maintenance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
• Full UK driving licence.
