Job Title: M&E Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Southampton, UK
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: Up to 42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Are you an experienced Maintenance and Electrical Engineer looking for a new and exciting opportunity? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an M&E Maintenance Engineer based in Southampton.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and assessments of electrical systems and equipment.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services.
- Troubleshoot and address electrical and mechanical issues promptly.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer with a focus on Electrical systems.
- Strong electrical background and technical knowledge.
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of X years of experience in a similar role.
- Electrical qualification or relevant certifications.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
- Strong computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
