Maintenance Supervisor

Salary Range: £25,628 to £28,326 pro rata, per annum

The Role:

As a Maintenance Supervisor you’ll play a key role in ensuring we can deliver our services in a clean, safe and pleasant environment, so our residents and staff can feel proud of their surroundings. Coordinating the delivery of essential maintenance and cleaning duties within the home, you’ll support the Registered Manager to ensure high standards of cleanliness, an efficient service and Health and Safety compliance are maintained at all times.

Our Maintenance Supervisors need a good understanding of health and safety and must be skilled in routine maintenance activities. You’ll also have experience of supervising staff, as you’ll line manage the home’s housekeeping team. An excellent team player, you’ll be able to build positive relationships with colleagues and be comfortable interacting with residents, showing empathy and an understanding of their needs.

This role does involve some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid.
