Job Title: M&E Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Southampton, UK

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: Up to 45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Maintenance and Electrical Supervisor looking for a new and exciting opportunity? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an M&E Maintenance Supervisor based in Southampton.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance and Electrical team.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and assessments of electrical systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services.
• Troubleshoot and address electrical and mechanical issues promptly.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor with a focus on Electrical systems.
• Strong electrical background and technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of X years of experience in a similar role.
• Electrical qualification or relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
• Strong computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
