Key Responsibilities:
* Manage mechanical and electrical aspects of multi-million-pound commercial and industrial projects.
* Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of Building Services systems.
* Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues proactively.
* Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
* Uphold compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Essential: Mechanical and Electrical qualifications.
* Previous experience managing large-scale projects within the Building Services sector.
* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and their integration within construction projects.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
