Overview:
A large non for profit organisation are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team and support them in enabling the operation and maintenance of Mechanical and electrical services.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Carry out spot checks on plant to ensure they are all being maintained correctly
- Approving Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Cost control
- Ensuring quality assurance standards are constantly being met
- Liaising with contractors on a daily basis
- Ensuring works taken place are to budget and quality
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Facilities Coordination position
- IOSH Managing Safely qualified
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical services
- An excellent communicator
- Hard-working and ambitious
- A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals
Package:
