Mechanical Design Engineer – DAYS!

Salary: £35,000 - £44,000

Shift: Days (Monday – Friday) Flexible Start and End times

Location: Norfolk

We are a leading manufacturing company, with decades of experience in the food industry. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating CAD designs for our products and technologies.
Responsibilities
• Designing and creating CAD models, drawings and bills of materials
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers
• Drawing machinery for the food industry - 2D and 3D CAD, AutoCAD and Inventor 
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure product meets quality standards
• Understanding mechanical procedures 
• Producing 3D CAD designs using Solidworks

Requirements:
• Engineering Qualification
• Significant experience in Design Engineering
• Manufacturing and Fabrication is required
