Mechanical Estimator

We Build Recruitment are on the lookout for a Mechanical Estimator based in the North West that preferably has a Mechanical background to work with one of the largest M&E contractors in the regionJob Role:* The work is typically commercial with current projects including a M&E package for an office in Manchester or a M&E package for a secure site in the North West* You’ll be the dedicated Mechanical estimator in the business that have plans for expansion as the number of projects grow.* You’ll be working alongside the bid manager and contract managers amongst other senior leaders to be able to build accurate estimates of projects* Work is often carried out alongside Tier 1 contractors* Given you’ll be working alongside Tier 1 contractors projects can value anywhere in the region of £2million to £10 million for the M&E packageRequirements:* For this role, any level of experience from 2 years+ is considered.* The ability to communicate with all stakeholders of a business to be able to build up the bigger picture and produce the most accurate estimates* Their office is in Fleetwood so it’s expected that you’ll be able to commute to be onsiteThe Salary for this Mechanical Estimator role will closely reflect your level of experience and they’re happy to range anywhere from £40,000 – £60,000, given the flexibility in the experience required.If you meet the above requirements and are interested in the role, please click ‘apply now’ and a member of our team will be in contact
